Jeron Braxton


 




Based in Los Angeles, Jeron Braxton is an artist and animator whose work addresses contemporary issues such as Black culture, consumerism, mental health, and social justice. His distinctive and nostalgic visual style draws inspiration from early 2000s video games. In 2022, he was commissioned by Virgil Abloh for the Louis Vuitton SS22 campaign animation. Braxton has also directed music videos for The Weeknd and Pusha T. In 2018, he won the Short Film Animation Award at the Sundance Film Festival. Recently, he was named one of the Variety’s"10 Animators to Watch in 2023" list. His notable exhibitions include the solo show "Ouroboros" at UTA Artist Space in Los Angeles in 2023, and "DOPAMINE" at LOVUS gallery in Tokyo in 2024.
