  • Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks after dispatch.
    Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, seasonal demand, and global conditions.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
  • Please note that tracking may not be available in certain countries or regions.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address carefully, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable.
  • If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to recipient-related reasons — such as absence, failure to collect the item within the holding period, incomplete or incorrect address information (including missing apartment or unit numbers), or local delivery circumstances — reshipment may require an additional shipping fee. Alternatively, a refund for the item price (excluding shipping and handling fees) can be arranged.
  • If a delivery error by the local carrier is officially confirmed through the delivery company’s investigation, we will review the case accordingly. Please note that such investigations may take several weeks or months to complete.
