Payment Deadline
COD payments are due upon delivery. Credit Card / PayPal payments are processed at the time of order.
Delivery
Domestic (Japan): Generally shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation and stock check. Exception items (made-to-order, pre-order, backorder, special orders) will be shipped upon arrival.
International: Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination, customs, seasonal demand, and global conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
Domestic (Japan): Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item has a defect. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in unopened packaging. If the defect is due to our mistake (damaged item, wrong size, etc.), we will cover shipping costs and provide an immediate replacement. Returns due to customer preference or items that have been used are not accepted. (Color differences are not considered defects; please contact us before ordering if color is critical.)
International (Overseas): Returns are accepted in accordance with local consumer law (generally 14 days). If the item has a defect or the return is due to our mistake (damaged item, wrong item shipped, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide an immediate replacement. If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, refusal, or unpaid customs duties, the item price will be refunded, but shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge responsibility for receiving and collecting your parcel.
