Returns & Refunds

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first and we will review the situation accordingly.

  • Returns or refunds are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
  • To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
  • If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution such as replacement, partial refund, or return.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or minor variations in color or texture.
  • In cases where a parcel is returned to us due to recipient-related reasons — such as absence, failure to collect the item within the holding period, or incomplete or incorrect address information — the order may only be refunded for the item price (excluding shipping and handling fees).
  • If the parcel cannot be recovered by the carrier due to address errors or other recipient-related issues, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method after the case has been reviewed.
  • We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Any items returned without approval may be refused or will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
  • If a returned item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging by the customer, the return may be rejected or only partially refunded at our discretion.
