This book includes works presented in solo and group exhibitions from 2020 to 2022, starting with the latest work in AUTO MOAI’s solo exhibition "I wanna meet once again if like that dream" held at SAI in June 2022, which has been an ambitious challenge in recent years. The book includes 313 pieces by AUTO MOAI, whose dynamic and humorous world of oil paintings, paintings, and a series of black-and-white drawings continues to captivate viewers.

■AUTO MOAI
In 2015, AUTO MOAI began creating works in monochrome, has been using a lot of color since 2018, and is known for a distinct style in which a highly anonymous “presence” seems to be standing on the canvas. The artist’s style, which is highly objective but also appears to be a very emotional scene, presents us with views and sceneries that can be found through the removal of elements, such as the relationship between people and the relationship between the painting and the viewer.
